Antiquarian Books

Heywood Hill is a long established member of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association, specializing in Architecture, Natural History, Gardening and Topography. We are always happy to represent clients at auction, viewing and reporting on books and advising on bids. We also undertake probate valuations and can furnish clients with a library of any size, from a modest collection for a yacht, to yards of shelving to fill a sizable country house library. Our service and expertise in this area are probably unique: there are many booksellers who can supply clients with leather by the yard; our libraries are tailored to the interests of the client and contain only good books that we know to be readable.
