Terms and Conditions

The Plum Idol free draw is being run by G Heywood Hill Ltd of 10 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HH (“Heywood Hill”). These Terms & Conditions are the competition rules. Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter Plum Idol, we shall assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
One winner will be drawn at random to receive:

• a £200 Heywood Hill book voucher valid until 24 December 2009
• lunch at Wilton’s on Jermyn Street (courtesy of Wilton’s) with the Hon Nicholas Soames MP at a date to be mutually agreed
• a wine-tasting for the winner plus five friends at Berry Bros & Rudd (courtesy of Berry Bros & Rudd) with Simon Berry, Chairman, at a date to be mutually agreed

1. No purchase necessary but only one entry per person.

2. You may enter Plum Idol by following the instructions on www.heywoodhill.com. Or send your entry, including your name and e-mail address, either by e-mail to books@heywoodhill.com or by post to G Heywood Hill Ltd, 10 Curzon Street, London W1J 5HH.

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

4. The closing date for entries is 16 November 2009. Heywood Hill reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

5. Entries will be gathered together after the closing date and a winner drawn at random.

6. The winner will be notified by e-mail or post. Heywood Hill’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize will not be transferable to another person. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. Heywood Hill reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.

7. You can find out who has won the Plum Idol free draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Heywood Hill after the closing date.

8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such limited promotional activity and material as Heywood Hill, Wilton’s or Berry Bros & Rudd may require.

9. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you. All entrants will receive a confirmation e-mail and subsequent notification of the result of Plum Idol.

10. Heywood Hill reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
