Paul Vidich is a master of Cold War atmospheric thrillers! I’ve loved all of his books, each turn of the page is filled with tension as his masterful stories unfold.
His latest is another triumph – set in 1985 Moscow , a senior KGB officer-code name GAMBIT has approached the CIA in Moscow with top secret intelligence and is looking for a way out to the West. His request for a former CIA officer as his handler is met with suspicion but is given the green light and the race is on to exfiltrate Gambit and his secrets which could be a deciding factor in The Cold War.
