We are on tenterhooks to get our hands on the great chef Ferran Adria's magnum opus. A year in the coming, publication of the elBulli 2005-2011 catalogue has been announced for March 2014. This will undoubtedly be one of the great culinary works of the century and is not to be missed by gastronomic junkies the world over. Seven volumes, presented in a custom made slipcase and packed full of recipes, photography and archive material from the world's great restaurant.

About the authors:
Ferran Adria is recognised as the best chef in the world. His legendary talent, creativity and gastronomic innovations have inspired chefs and food-lovers around the world for many years.
Albert Adria joined elBulli in 1985 and quickly developed a passion for pastry. He was creative director of the elBulli workshop, as well as being responsible for 'the sweet world'.
Juli Soler joined elBulli as a restaurant manager in 1981. As well as hiring Ferran Adria, he brought the front of house sevice to a standard never seen before in Spain.
